What Information do you collect?

We (Liz Foster Art) may collect personal information from you for the purposes of the selling, marketing, shipping and recording the sales of artwork. This might include:

• Your contact information: Address, Name, Phone Number.

• Payment information: Credit or Debit Card via Stripe payment system - your payment information is not stored after payment.

• Correspondence: Emails, messages or feedback that you might provide.

Newsletter

If you subscribe to the studio newsletter your email address will be stored on the online Mailchimp platform, which is password protected. You can unsubscribe at any time and your data will be deleted.

Data Sharing

Data is used solely by Liz Foster for the purposes of corresponding about artwork, selling artwork or sharing events relating to the artist. We do not share, sell or loan your information to any third parties for any marketing purposes. We will of course need to share some data, such as your name and address, with couriers and/or shipping agents for the purposes of physically shipping work to you.

Security & Ethics

We only use recognised professional online systems (such as Stripe and Mailchimp) and endeavour to treat all interactions and correspondence with respect and privacy. No online system can guarantee 100% security but we absolutely do our best and are ethical at all times.
